As the project-based market needs more and more customization, there are about tens of thousands of products for users to flexibly customize. The product manufacturing process involves machining, SMT and assembly of intelligent manufacturing product lines, using a large number of electronic components and structural parts, and requiring high sets of materials. Frequent changes at the design end and material substitution; In addition, the goal of turning the intelligent manufacturing workshop into an unmanned factory has higher requirements for information coordination of the whole business chain.

The flexible customization of the market, frequent design changes and material substitution, and the automation efficiency of the intelligent manufacturing workshop to adjust the meter in a few seconds make the information platform more challenging.
Since the use of Kingdee K/3wise system, Huizhong has introduced or developed a number of information system systems and established a relatively complete IT information system. However, with the progress of information technology and the development of business, the existing IT system is facing new challenges:
The system is scattered and the basic data is not unified.
Huizhong currently has Kingdee K/3wise, PDM system, sales easy CRM system, Beisen HR system, self-research MES system, self-research verification system, self-research after-sales return factory maintenance system, operation management and other systems. Basic data and business flows are intertwined in a grid. Some are interfaces, some are exported and imported by Excel, and some are recorded by Excel for quality traceability.
Organizational expansion, inefficient internal transactions
The exchange has evolved from a single organization to a group organization with centralized management, which requires the ERP system to unify the group's basic data, financial policies, business processes and facilitate inter-organizational transaction processing. However, limited by the K/3 system, inter-organizational business collaboration and other businesses can only be processed by repeated entry between multiple account sets, which is inefficient and prone to errors.
Research, production, supply and marketing isolation, business synergy efficiency to be improved
The research and development center before Huizhong is only responsible for product research and development, and BOM is sorted and imported into ERP by the production department. The market-end product customization accounts for a high proportion, the R & D end design changes frequently, the production end has the old and new versions of materials/BOM/documents in parallel, and the back-end intelligent manufacturing line operates at a high speed with MES system, highlighting the lack of coordination capability of the entire research, production, supply and marketing.
The cost is extensive and the ability of profit analysis is weak.
In cost accounting, there are only two cost centers in the original K/3Wise system, and do not account for the cost of semi-finished products, the allocation of manufacturing costs is all based on the quantity of finished products, and the cost accounting dimension is extensive, which is not conducive to reflecting the real cost and profit of the enterprise.
Fight alone, lack of upstream and downstream links
Huizhong has a large number of overall outsourcing businesses, but it is difficult to grasp the production progress and inventory of suppliers. The procurement cycle of a large number of components and other materials is as long as 3-6 months, requiring advance stock preparation, making it difficult to control inventory and price. The monthly reconciliation of accounts payable is heavy, the frequency of supplier invoicing and receiving does not match, and the invoice check is heavy.
Data precipitation, but insufficient decision support
In the information construction of Huizhong for more than 10 years, the company has accumulated a large amount of historical business data, but has not formed a complete set of data analysis system; it can not provide accurate, fast and clear data support for enterprise management decision-making.
Solution
The original K/3Wise system can no longer meet the needs of Huizhong's development. After many rounds of repeated selection and demonstration, on the basis of comprehensive evaluation of many ERP and PLM systems at home and abroad, it was finally moved by the integrated and open Kingdee cloud platform and selected Kingdee cloud starry sky. Group management: unified data, organization and coordination, integration of industry and finance
The multi-organization business scenario of Huizhong is: Huizhong Technology signs an external sales contract, entrusts Huizhong shares to produce, Huizhong Technology provides raw materials, and after the completion of production, it is deposited into Huizhong Technology, and the business scenario of settling the entrusted processing fee with Huizhong shares. Through inter-organization subcontracting, internal transaction documents of production receipt documents and step-by-step transfer-out documents are automatically generated, and then through inter-organization settlement, internal transactions between two legal entities are formed; efficient business collaboration between enterprises within the group is realized.
With the help of Kingdee Cloud Star, Huizhong has set up a unified group data center to implement unified establishment and distribution of data such as materials, customers, suppliers, organizational structure, bill of materials, etc. Financial policies such as accounting subjects, accounting system, asset policies, cost policies and report styles shall be set up in a unified way and shared by the group. "This financial upgrade seems to be the functions of K3, but accountants no longer need to generate vouchers and modify them themselves. Cost calculation is faster and more real, and expenses and invoice business have also reduced a lot of workload. Intelligent forecasting: accurate production forecasting
As a prototype customer of Star's intelligent forecasting model in the manufacturing industry, Huizhong Instrument first puts the actual sales data including the current forecast year and the last two years into the data matrix by building a model algorithm as a module to execute the forecasting logic. The horizontal is arranged by year, the vertical is arranged by month, and then the weighted average is calculated as the final forecast value based on the nearest neighbor data domain of the forecast point, with the inverse of the Manhattan distance as the weight.
