After 25 years of development, Zuming Bean Products Co., Ltd. Requirements for zero inventory of fresh products

 

The raw materials of Zuming bean products are all domestic non-genetically modified soybeans. Mr. Cai Zuming, the chairman of the board, even gave a death order to the production personnel. Even the limited additives allowed by the state are absolutely not added, which further shortens the shelf life of the products. The shelf life of the produced fresh products is generally about 1 to 3 days. However, the chairman still requires that no fresh products be left on that day, which also puts forward higher challenges and requirements for the work process of production and shipping. All products produced on that day must be sold out of the warehouse on the same day to achieve zero inventory management of fresh products. This is also the most important assessment index for production personnel, and it also poses greater challenges to the support of software functions and performance.

 

Ordering method results in wrong orders and missed orders from time to time.

 

Zuming has a wide variety of products, but the unit price of each product is not very high, so each company orders close to 1000 orders per day, with small orders and large quantities. At the same time, most of the customers of Zuming are older people in the farmers' market. These customers use the telephone to place orders with Zuming every day. They need a special ordering team to answer and place orders. The telephone bell rings from 8 am to 9 pm every day without interruption, sometimes, because the customer can't describe or forget a certain product, it will also lead to the wrong order and the missing order.

Digitization of the aunts in the vegetable market

 

The two light applications of "mobile ordering" and "palm ordering" in Kingdee cloud system are released to cloud home, which, as application software, supports Android and IOS mobile phones to be downloaded and used free of charge in major application markets. the ordering of ancestral names is changed from telephone ordering by special ordering teams to ordering by various salesmen or customers themselves, making the ordering of ancestral names lighter, faster and more convenient.

When the customer/salesman of the ancestral name uses the "mobile order" light application to submit the order, the sales order in the kingdee cloud system will be automatically generated (in the status of being reviewed), and the subsequent distribution, delivery, distribution, receivable and other business processing can be continued in the kingdee cloud system.

 

Mobile approval and reporting

 

Based on the connection between Kingdee Cloud and Cloud Home, Zuming migrated the approval work of all businesses to Cloud Home. A series of approval work, including expense reimbursement, adding materials, adding customers, etc., were changed from the original PC-side operation to the mobile phone-side operation, greatly improving the approval efficiency of various businesses. At the same time, the check-in and work report of all personnel were also carried out in Cloud Home.
